Power-Cast Light Metal Solutions develops, designs and manufactures light-weight construction systems, mainly for the automotive industry.

Kinematic systems for vehicle interiors are our speciality, such as handbrake levers, central  armrests and consoles as well as pedal groups. We are the global leader in the development of handbrake modules.

Our development department is able to develop innovative products based on conventional materials and manufacturing processes.

Production
We do not only have our own assembly department. We develop and build assembly facilities to meet the needs of your product or adapt existing assembly facilities individually.
Our main focus in the production of products is on the lowest possible volumes of investment  without any compromises in process safety. We work to such modern production principles as "One Piece Flow" and "Poka Yoke"

Logistics
Our logistics volume totals up to 1.5 million parts per year. We supply components on a just-in-time or just-in-sequence basis.
