  • Versatile die casting solutions from aluminium, magnesium and zinc

Three alloys with different individual properties

Die casting is an efficient industrial process for the mass production of parts. It uses alloys made from non-ferrous metals, such as aluminium, magnesium and zinc, to this end. Fully automated, state-of-the-art casting machines guarantee consistently high quality in this regard.

All companies have been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 / ISO/TS 16949 and employ environmental-management systems that have been certified in accordance with DIN EN ISO 14001.

An energy-management system that meets the requirements set out in DIN EN ISO 5001 has been introduced at our locations with the aim of improving the resource-conserving use of energy and its efficiency over the long term.

Die cast parts possess different physical and mechanical properties depending on the material they are made from.
